Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of F7less, a business platform operated by Bernot Software LLC (“we”, “us”), at f7less.com and its subdomains. By using F7less you agree to them. If you use F7less on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

The service

F7less is a set of tools, called modules, that includes Real Estate (listing updates and seller email), Calendar (calendar sync and booking pages), and vCard (digital contact cards). Which modules you can use depends on your organization’s license. F7less is in private preview: features may change, and some may be incomplete.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account, and access is granted by your organization. Keep your account secure and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe it has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content and Google data

You keep ownership of the content you put into F7less. You give us permission to host, process, and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you. When you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, F7less acts on your Google account only in the ways described in our Privacy Policy, and your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms.

AI-assisted drafts

Some features draft text with the help of AI models. Drafts may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything F7less drafts for you before you send or publish it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use F7less to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or to break any law;
• access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the service;
• reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
• upload content that infringes others’ rights or that you have no right to share.

Suspension and termination

You or your organization may stop using F7less at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continuing would harm the service or its users. After termination, we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

F7less is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bernot Software LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to F7less is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continuing to use F7less after a change means you accept the updated terms.
