Privacy Policy

F7less is a business platform operated by Bernot Software LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information F7less collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers f7less.com and the F7less modules served from its subdomains, including Real Estate, Calendar, and vCard.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use them to identify you, to associate you with your organization, and to show who is signed in. Signing in does not give F7less access to your Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google data.
• Information you provide. Content you enter into F7less, such as listings, client contacts, email drafts and templates, writing preferences, calendar sync rules, booking pages, and digital business card details.
• Technical information. Server logs that record IP addresses, browser type, and request times, used to operate and secure the service.
• Cookies. F7less uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in against forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

Google user data

F7less asks for access to your Google data only when you turn on a feature that needs it, and asks separately for each feature. You can decline, and the rest of F7less keeps working.

• Gmail (Real Estate module). With your permission to compose mail (gmail.compose), F7less creates drafts of the client emails you prepare in F7less, updates those drafts when you edit them, and sends them when you choose to send. F7less does not read, search, or store the other messages in your mailbox.
• Google Calendar (Calendar module). With your permission to view and edit events (calendar.events), to see your list of calendars and their names and time zones (calendar.calendarlist.readonly, calendar.calendars.readonly), and to see availability (calendar.events.freebusy), F7less reads events on the calendars you pick and creates, updates, and removes matching events on the calendars you sync them to, following rules you set. F7less does not ask for permission to create, share, or delete calendars themselves. By default, synced copies show only “Busy” and hide the event details. F7less also checks your free/busy times for booking pages you publish, adds confirmed bookings to your calendar, and subscribes to change notifications so sync stays current. F7less stores your rules, calendar identifiers, and sync state, not a copy of your events.

To keep these features working, F7less stores the OAuth tokens Google issues for them. They are used only to perform the actions above for you.

Limited Use

F7less’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

• We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you turn on, as described above.
• We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use or transfer it for advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
• People at Bernot Software LLC do not read your Google user data unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it is needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required by law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

AI-assisted drafting

The Real Estate module uses third-party AI model providers to draft client emails from listing and market data and from the writing preferences you set. You review every draft before it is sent. We do not send the contents of your Gmail mailbox or your calendars to AI providers.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

• with people in your organization who have access to the same F7less workspace;
• with service providers that host and run F7less for us, under obligations to protect it;
• with Google, when F7less acts on your Google account at your request;
• when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service;
• as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can disconnect Gmail or Calendar from F7less at any time, and you can revoke F7less’s access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your account or any of your data, email [email protected]. We delete it, including any stored Google tokens, within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

Security

F7less is served only over HTTPS. Access to stored data and credentials is restricted to the systems that need them, and third-party credentials are kept out of source code. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users of a breach as the law requires.

Children

F7less is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change affects how we use Google user data, we will ask for your consent before applying it to data we already hold.
